You need a server (which can be obtained from here) but how much do you know about music technology / digital audio recording, processing and broadcasting? Do you have friends who can help you (its a fair few hours of work, promoting the station as well as the tech stuff!) You do not have to be a computer or electronics genius but do need some basic knowledge about digital audio; the main bit with radio is having a good format and knowing who your audience may be.
