connecting sub dj accounts

Hi i am currently using Shoutca.st and have just set up sub dj accounts rather then them all using my username, i have given them all usernames and passwords, when i input the detals onto BUTT it wont connect for some reason, it`s just saying connecting, could someone please assist as i`m trying to get 20 dj`s sorted and i`m struggling.

Hi DJ_Relm,

With the DJ accounts you will still need to provide your servers main 'Source Password' to your DJ's so that they are able to connect with their live source.

Their individual DJ account passwords are just purely for logging into the control panel and not for streaming.
