Looking For Flash Player that Works on Android Phones And Tablets

I've recently set up a station and have embedded a flash player on my website which is linked to my server.
However, when trying to connect and to listen to the stream on mobile and tablet devices, the device is unable to play due to the flash player.
I imagine it's possible to download the appropriate player, files etc to enable to the player but I wondered if there is a player that will play without the need to download stuff.
I think future listeners will be put off if they try and listen from their phones and it doesn't work straight away. I can't see them being bothered having to set up or download something in order to listen either.
By the way, I can listen to a "listen2my radio" station for example on my phone or tablet..

Any info on this would be kindly appreciated!

You will want to use a HTML5 player (like the main play buttons we use here in the directories) for this to be compatible with mobile / tablet devices.
