Mixer issue

Hi All

I have a Soundcraft spirit folio mixer connected to a multicom processor.

On one PC I have my play out system and on the other my internet stream software.

Up until recently everything worked OK.

Now when I bring the fader down on a song the processor doesn't pick up the song neither does the PC with the streaming software (all that looks correct). However the song is still playing in my headphones at the default volume.

Anyone any ideas ?

Do you not mean when you bring the fader up (not down)?

Have you considered just taking your hardware set up completely apart and then putting it back together again. Just use a process of elimination to determine where exactly the issue is. Have you also tried testing a different channel on the mixing desk instead? Does your multicom (Behringer?) show anything at all on its input level meters? It might sound silly, but have you maybe turnt down the mixer channels gain knob by accident?
