when completing the sign up process and getting ready to pay we receive the following error:

undefined subroutine &main::createPlan called at /var/www/internet-radio.org.uk/www/servers/checkout/payment/index.cgi line 192.

That's strange. I wonder if perhaps this is related to us deploying our new site yesterday.

Unfortunaly i still get the same error, i just fill in this form: http://www.internet-radio.com/servers/checkout/?plan=LRG&currency=USD and click submit and get the error

You're totally right. So sorry about that. Its now fixed. We'll add some extra listener slots as a way of thanks.

This was caused by the recent upgrade and only affected those trying to register a LRG server in USD. Everyone else was fine and other registrations were coming through no problem which is why we didn't notice.
