Trial not working

I ve been trying to set up a trial account, it keeps sending an error message saying that my username should only;y have letter blablabla which it does... Whats going on ? are you actually trying to get rid of that option? Please advise.

No, we are not trying to get rid of the free trial option at all.

The username should only consist of letters and numbers, you cannot use any special characters in this such as a hyphen or something.
