Hi support,

I'm aware of the upgrade that was happening today, however the time has been and gone and I can't access any streaming of my site at the moment.

Has something gone wrong?

Sorry to hear you have issues.

Nothing went wrong no. Your server was upgraded and an email was sent to the email account we have on record in your control panel.

Here's a copy of the email just in case you never got it :

We have just upgraded your account to the new version 3 control panel. All your settings are the same and any auto dj files / playlists have been transfered too. You should now login via the "Login: Centova Cast v3" link on http://servers.internet-radio.com/ instead of the v2 link from now on.

The IP address has changed but the hostname has remained the same (uk2.internet-radio.com). Provided you have used the hostname (as opposed to ip) when referencing your radio from any encoder software, websites, directories or apps then you won't have to change anything and your radio will continue to work the same as before.

Our payment method has changed.
To make bandwidth payments in the future you will need to attach a credit card to your account. This is done from the overview page in the control panel. Once attached you can top up your account as and when you need with the "Buy Bandwidth" buttons that will appear.

You just need to update some of your playlist URL's as they have changed slightly. Login to the control panel (v3 link) to get the new links.

Just saw the announcement in the news section as you posted this, i need to update my address now as it's an old defunct one, hence why i didn't see the mail - my bad!
