Couple Questions regarding volume and playlist

Just started my first internet show and i have a couple questions:

is it possible to increase the volume of my show. mine is noticeable lower than others.

when i create a new folder in file manager and upload songs to it for example i make a folder called top 40 , i go to media library and the folder is not in there just media library.

We just tuned into your station for a while and your stream seems pretty much the same volume as most of the other stations we tested it against in our directories?

In regards to your folders, any folders that you create will only be within the main 'Media Library' folder itself. Dragging these folder from the box to the right of the 'Media Library' is no different anyway. We are afraid that it is not possible to create the folders where you have indicated in your attached screenshot.
