What is going on with you guys, 4 times this week you have gone down and i have had to cancel shows with djs. It is not acceptable and is not reliable and as a result i am currently looking into moving, can you please advise on the situation asap.

Unfortunately there was some emergency work required on a router that was causing some previous packet loss. This seems to have now been resolved. Apologies once again
