Password not valid

Hi Support

Every time i try an encoder SAM or stand alone i get a password incorrect message (401) I've changed and checked if the password is correct and it is - I've even just reset it but no joy.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles with this. Unfortunately we do not currently have a copy of SAM at hand to test this for you right now.

Your account is 'brumradio' isn't it? Can you drop us an email via http://www.internet-radio.com/contact/ please. We can then discuss your password etc out of a public forum.

I'm getting the same message "Invalid Password". Also using Sam Pro, except I don't get the (401). I set my SID at 1, and all other info is correct.
