Question about of live broadcast of technical content

What I do need to broadcast one hour daily, I will not transmit music, I will transmit technical content.

Sounds fine. This should be pretty simple to do. Get a server and have a play.

One more question about this matter.

In a certain circumstances I will need to talk with others through skype or other VoIP devices in order to transmit this voice chat. What software or hardware do I need to do that?
