It looks as though the negative balance was from when you previously used to have an account under the same username. I've corrected the bandwidth balance for you and credited the 10GB that you purchased yesterday as well.

I just updated my card details yesterday,because got new card....new card is like a new account and my previous GB is faded now?

Okay I see. Sorry I presumed it was a new account as your previous bandwidth payments were no longer showing on your account. I'm not sure what may have caused that large negative balance?

What was your previous balance in that case?

It was about 20 GB or something...
