Selling Syndicated Shows with Music

Hi All,

Hopefully someone will have a recommendation on what to do about this topic. I am looking to sell some of my shows to other Internet radio stations on a monthly basis. Is it illegal to sell files that are about 1 hour that have copyrighted music in them every so often? It sounds like it should be, so does anyone know what I need to do to be able to sell syndicated shows online to other stations that have copyrighted music in them?

Old thread i know.

I think as long as you sell your syndicated shows to stations that are licensed by the PPL and PRS you should be fine as long as you send a log of the tracks embedded within that show, so the end user can include that in their logs.

Selling them at a car boot sale, might be a little different though ;-)
