Server issue

I have brought more bandwidth yet received three more emails saying it has run out when it hasn't. This stops the server.

How can this be stopped

It says we are streaming higher that 320 but are streaming at 128. Has been fine but last half hour stopped 6 times now, we haven't changed a thing.

Hi Hannah,

The reason that your server was automatically stopped was because you were trying to broadcast at a bit rate of 448kbps, while the bit rate limit for your account is only 320kbps.

It was not because of your bandwidth balance, but because you had exceeded your accounts bitrate limit. We can see the server sent you several emails about this at the time.

We just checked the server logs and they are reporting that your encoder was connecting with a bitrate of 448kbps as well.
