Shoutcast problems

We are having problems with our shoutcast server radiolewes - we can no longer access with the flash widget or the marci script yet the stream is being produced and can be heard in iTunes via the .pls link. Streaming via TuneIn Radio etc is also low quality. This began yesterday, please advise, thanks

email found in spam.... I have checked our Nicecast and all appears OK 128kbps etc and audio is delivered OK via internet radio etc connection shows fine at Nicecast and at internet-radio cpanel but the flash player on our site and on the internet-radio start page no longer connects. Marci is a script to style the now playing etc output from a shoutcast server and that is unable to get data from the server as well - on the log at restart we get

<07/23/11@16:56:27> [main] error opening source socket! FATAL ERROR! Some other process is using this port!
Is this relevant ?

bizarre

weird - just done another restart and the player now plays... although marci script still not working

The problem with the marci script might be related to your hosting company having installed a firewall recently. We had a look on your site and couldn't find where this Marci script has been embedded so its hard to tell. Perhaps we could get a direct link to where it is ?
