We just compared your stream to some other stations under the 80's genre and we cannot really hear any huge difference in volume. Yours is only slightly quieter than some.
Saying that though, we have noticed that you have the "apply replay gain" enabled on your AutoDJ settings. Whilst this is intended to normalise the volume of quieter tracks, it can also lead to a volume that is too low when there is changes of louder volumes. So maybe try disabling this feature and restarting the server to see if that helps at all.
But otherwise, we would not worry to much about it. That's what the volume control under the play button is for.
