I have now just been charged again when I have been trying to cancel this service for a week and made multiple attempts to contact someone with no response. What kind of terrible service is going on here
Yep, sounds as if you are not receiving the emails from your online form, or you are conveniently "losing" them. You might want to fix that. We are trying to cancel as well. radiofreemmo -- we have submitted 2x from your online form here: https://www.internet-radio.com/contact/
We have no reason to conveniently "loose" such emails. But yes Grimzey has now brought this to our attention and we are currently looking at the issue with the contact form, we can see the problem now and we are working on a fix.
