The Music Unleashed Top 40

TD1 Radio is pleased to announce that it now broadcasts the Music Unleashed Top 40 every Sunday evening from 8pm. This is a weekly community show based on downloads and plays of independent/DIY artists music by the tourdates community. The show is produced by tourdates.co.uk and is presented by Jordan Thomas and Murray Golding.

Does anyone actually listen to this top 4o?

They must do, because people download the songs from their website to help influence the chart. As far as I know, it's carried on a few radio stations. It is fairly new so has a bit to go as far as competing with other charts is concerned. It's all new unsigned bands that is featured.

Has the Tourdates unleashed top 40 been dropped and any idea why?

We stopped taking the Top 40 in favour of producing our own local programming on a Sunday night.

 

[DiscoDave]

We've now extended our broadcasting hours on a Sunday - the Top 40 can now be heard again from 10pm until Midnight every Sunday.
