Unable to access account for xxx: Cluster host connection failure for uk1: Connection timed out (110)

Hi can't restart my server - please help!

I am also getting this problem, no music just dead air. No Dj's can connect also

Apologies for the issue. We've received the following message from our provider :

We've identified an inbound Denial of Service (DoS) attack that is targeting an IP address assigned to you (109.74.196.48). As the attack was large enough to negatively impact our network and subsequently the service of other hosts, we've null routed the IP address until the attack subsides.

Once the attack has subsided, the null route will be removed and connectivity to your IP address will be restored.

We have no idea why the uk1 server is being targeted by a DoS attack but we've asked for it to be re-assessed so the server can be brought back online ASAP. We'll keep you updated here in this thread.

We're pleased to say that uk1 is back online. Apologies once again for the issue. We've received an update from our host too :

At this time, it appears that the attack has subsided and we've removed the null route from your server. We will monitor for additional attacks and if they should resurface, we will have to reapply the null route to your server.
