Unable to connect to socket

Just trying to set up my first feed (so very new at this) and keep getting the error message "unable to connect to socket".

Using Oddcast V3 to stream (it's streaming a WMA feed via another host OK), any idea where I'm going wrong ?

Solved !

Didn't realise I had to start the server via the control panel ! (Told you I was new !)

All working fine.
