Calculating number of streams

Hi Support,

Could you let me know how I can go about calculating how many streams we have had in say the last year, for the purposes of submitting my renewals for both PPL and PRS licenses please?

"Before we proceed, it is important that you confirm that you are able to provide us with quarterly reporting of your total listener hours and an average number of tracks you broadcast per hour, both figures something that streaming hosts provide"
