Can anyone help?

Hey there,
I've a Roberts STREAM 83i Internet Radio - have been trying for 5 hours now to trying to get it to connect wireless to my router!

Have looked under the router and used the Wireless Key, but it STILL won't work, please can anyone help???

Has the wireless key been changed at all from the one that is underneath the router? We can only really suggest contacting the 'STREAM 83i' developers for support with this as we are not familiar with this device we are afraid.
