Ok, so now resorted to using FFMP3 - I've got the correct URL and I have generated the code - and the player works on their page. It says Here is your HTML code. You can copy and paste this code inside your website.
Please don't forget to load FFMp3 swf files into your website folder first. Sorry to be so stupid but what FFMp3 swf files and where do I upload them to on my website. Brain on overload and fried now .........
