my shoutcast server is down

please, since this morning is down, i am registered not long ago.
in fact I am using barix instreamer to send IP audio to my exstreamer
via shoutcast server. it was working well since and this morning the server is down.

How to restart my shoutcast server?

My shoutcast server is down since this morning.
How can i manage it to restart it?

Just turned on NiceCast which links to ShoutCast and I can't connect, either.!

Great. We have actually noticed though that you do not host with us anyway, in which case we always recommend that you contact your own stream provider for any such issues. We are pleased that this is all working for you now all the same.
