Disconnections

Hi guys - servers were offline for 20 mins this afternoon between about 5.20pm and 5.40pm and random disconnections of both servers at various points this evening. Not a problem with our Internet connection so wondering what's happening...? Have emailed support but no reply.. Anyone else having problems with uk1 and uk2 servers?

Yes same problems here both of our streams and this web site up and down allover the place i have just canceled all tonights shows on both channels ;-(

Yes unfortunately there have been some packet loss issues at the data center the past few hours. It seems to have settled right now. We have notified the NOC and have been assured they are working on it. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Still not fixed

I was on on air at 9pm 30/09 and we had an international speaker and international guests- kept getting disconnected - very embarrasing :headbang:

How come UK1 and UK2 servers are being affected simultaneously?

The issue appeared to be further up the chain unfortunately. The bandwidth provider for the datacenters were the ones having issues it seems. This is very unusual. Our monitoring shows the issues seem to have passed now though. As mentioned before we will continue to monitor the situation.
