Possible server config issue

Hello support,

I'm having trouble with sidewaysmusic's account - it was working fine then all of a sudden none of the DJs could connect to it. Tried myself with the exact settings in the admin page, can connect to my station (staticradiouk) but not sidewaysmusic.

I've tried a couple of programs (Edcast & Nicecast), reset the password, restarted the server etc but haven't been able to connect once.

Had a look at the previous post to this (Can't connect to server) and wondered if it's the same issue?

Any help would be greatly received

Hi Danny

Apologies yes its the same issue. We have now brought the server back online for you. We are stil working on why its not reporting when a source is connected but as it stands the server should work fine for you now.

I did the same steps for several times but still Nicecast can not connect to the server. I controlled everything. Can you please help?
