In case you missed Sunday's show, our monthly countdown show "The American Bottom 45" will be airing this week on Tuesday at 1 PM eastern and Thursday at 11 AM eastern.
We will be counting them down from 100 to 41 for the week of February 28, 1981 and we will also throw in a bubbler from that Pina Colada guy, a forgotten top 40 hit from a late Oklahoma drummer, and themes for a popular prime-time soap opera and a short-lived show that featured main characters named Jan and Marcia. The show is hosted by DJ Gilbert Matthews, who will throw in some occasional trivia tidbits that probably won't change the world.
