We occasionally get asked this and unfortunately we can't. In order for us to keep our prices low we offer support via these forums and email only. We have a good record of replying very quickly to your queries, so please just put any questions that you may have in a thread or contact us here by email and we will get back to you asap.

I'd second that. Support has been excellent - even before the advent of the forum. Keep up the great work guys :)
