I am a total newbie...a greenhorn who would like to setup a very small talk/chat radio station.
I've signed up to the Icecast Server and a Pay as you Go package with a 48 bit-rate for voice and up to 100 listeners and although the support forums here are quite extensive, there doesn't seem to be a simple setup guide anywhere.
I pick-up pretty fast and never need showing twice, yet the configuration is all beyond me at present. I have a website in the design process and I think I'm ok getting that configured, but to listen to a live stream is where I'm stuck.
I've downloaded Winamp, think I've got Edcast installed ok as a plugin...the rest is a mystery.
Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you. :think:
