Best router/modem ?

Tried various ones but still looking for a decent 4 port router/modem to network the playout comp as well as the other ones for surfing for news etc ........... any recommendations ??

To be quite honest, they are all pretty much exactly the same. All the parts used are made in the same factory, just gets a brand name printed on the front. If you are going to go wireless (I only say this as you have asked for a '4 port') then I strongly suggest that you don't!! Sure, get a wireless router, but for the playout machine (running 24/7 I take it?) then I suggest you use a wired connection, the main reason for this is because the connection down a wire is 100Mb/s and through the air it is 56Mb/s. You also have a secure, and uninterruptible connection.
