Can anyone please help me answer a question from my web designers?

We have just started work on our website and the designers have come back to me with a question but the technical stuff isn't really my thing so I wondered if any one could help...

This is what they have asked me to post...
"We want to use 'FFMP3' as a skin for our radio station. We know how to create the FFMP3' skin and embed it within our site but we need to know how to get the 'Stream URL' from 'Internet Radio.' Can someone please advise?"
