Can't find myself on the directory

I'm just seting up my statio and have done some ts broadcast etc. so all seems to be running ok. However i can't find myself listed in the directory. I assume that the directory lsting is the username i used to set up the server?. Any thoughts please?

There is a delay in the startpages showing up on the website after a server has been started.
