Different DJs wanted

There are three types of online DJs. Those who just introduce a song and play it. The second type sound like they are DJing in an ice rink. The third is the one who can actually communicate with people. Talk to them about issues, make the feel they are your friend, especially in these trying times. Chat with them in the chat room and as soon as I can et it uptalk to to them via Skype. Well I certainly like to interact with the listeners. So, what's the stats of your station and whereabouts are you based?
I have been involved in both internet and commercial radio for over 20 years, done plenty of live interviews etc.
