Dunno if that can be done, but what you could try is adding the listen live links to a secure web page on your web sever and password protect that, so that anyone who tries to access the page will be asked for a password.
I've never heard of it although what the above said seems good. You could create a webpage, put the radio inside that webpage then password protect the webpage.
