Hi,

I have been asked about offering an Internet Radio Station as a service for a small, local football club.

The broadcast would be every Saturday (and the odd mid-week game) for say, 3 hours...max 6 hours per week.

Could you give me a price for this? I would guess at, say, anything up to 200 listeners and only voice, no music.

Hi Zoot

We recommend our Pay as you Go billing model as you are only going to be streaming at most 6 hours a week. I will work out much cheaper this way.

We also recommend you have a fairly low bitrate as you will be streaming voice. 48 kbps would be good enough.

100 people tuning in at 48 kbps for a full hour would use about 2 GB of bandwidth.

Our bandwidth costs at most 50p per gig (up to 33% less if you buy more).

Is this difficult to setup...How would I go about integrating this onto my website whereby people can simply click and listen?

Although I understand the audio will play on pretty much anything, is there some kind of player...like a flash audio play button or similar that I can integrate?
