After a few weeks of struggling to get this great player to work - I have discovered a few things.
My setup
Server used: Icecast2
AutoDJ
Audio Files: MP3
Stream 64 Kbps
Flash player: FFMp3 0.40
Problem: Audio would work for a while but then start to breakup, by pressing the Stop & Play Buttons, problem goes away but soon returns

Does Batch conversions of audio files with the ability to set the BitRate and the Sample Rates and more
MP3Tag - Excellent product to allow updating of Tag information and album covers

- Check your Bitrate is consistent on all your uploaded files
- Check your Sample Rate is consistent on all audio files
- Check you files are stereo and not mono
