Help With Sam Broadcaster Please

Hi Folks!

I was wondering if you could possible help me? When I go live on my show I start the encoder as you would usually do, but the music is not coming out the correct way?

Eg - The mic is off, but you can still here the mic on and also the music is coming through very low!

can someone help please
