ip taking up server space

I have this one ip 200.35.133.100 from Venezuela taking up 70 spots on my server any idea how this can be

Which means new listeners cant log in cause server is full cause of 100 person limit

Any advice

Hi Shawn, sometimes if a user is using a badly formed user-agent or some type of stream ripper this can cause this to happen.

You can kick/ban an IP address from within your servers admin page to resolve this.

The username is 'admin' and the password is the same as your user control panel.
