Presenters wanted for FM station (ideally with VT experience)

I am looking to recruit presenters who are ideally experienced in voice tracking (though not essential), for a community FM station in the UK. The station has been broadcasting for some time and has recently had a five year extension to its licence by Ofcom.

The station is in need of a revamp and therefore individuals with personality are required, not those who just say ‘that was… this is’. Presenters VT their shows from home or their own studio. A good mic, a reliable computer and a quiet environment are essential.

The station’s music format is primarily 80s with some late 70s and early 90s too. There are no specialist or syndicated shows.

Applicants should send a demo of no more than three minutes to davcomedia@gmail.com along with some details about yourself.

Please do not pitch any syndicated shows.

Many thanks and I look forward to receiving your demos.

I am potentially interested. Do you mean 90’s underground music ie drum and bass or do you mean commercial 90’s music.

Thanks for comments. All positions now filled.

However, we are keen to hear from anyone with talent in the event of future openings, though please note, links to websites to listen to demos on third party websites won't be listened to. Those who wish to be considered for any potential presenter roles MUST follow the procedure outlined in the initial post at the top of the page. Many thanks.
