Recent buffering Issues

Since a recent outage (service restarted on internet-radio host side) on March 11th our stream has failed to regain it's former reliability.

Our setup:
i5 workstation w/ 8gb ram. Low CPU & RAM usage - workstation runs RadioDJ & BUTT only.
Cable modem 50/8
Firewall with QoS enabled
ISP Suddenlink communications
We are located in Charleston, WV - IP

Pings to us1.internet-radio.com are ~50ms
However, when pining 195.58.106.133 -t we experience time outs - not frequent but they do occur.

Obviously, this is creating stuttering issues.

Please advise.

I'd also like to mention: Drops have been confirmed from multiple IPs while pinging us1.internet-radio.com

Let me know if a Tracert would be of benefit
