Hi Guys

Ok so the title was a bit misleading 8)

This question is targeted at Station Owners/Managers etc who have been around a while

I have as of last year launched my own fully licensed Community Internet Radio Station we are too small to generate any revenue as yet as such I cannot pay for Professional DJ' etc.

Also I am a complete "Newbie" when it comes to taking on potential DJ's

I am getting email's from folk (who I don't know) saying they would like to host a show for FREE which is great always welcome help and more than happy to give folk a go,

QUESTION:

  • What is the "vetting" process you go through when looking at potential DJ's / Show Hosts etc. for your Station?
  • What are the dangers Radio Station Owners should look out for eg nicking you AutoDJ content . . .
  • Any other security aspects that need to be thought about? example security, use of bad language (swearing, offensive etc)
  • Anything else? e.g. Good/Bad experiences?

Your thoughts?
