Talk radio for the young?

Can you recommend some free internet radio channel without music? Language should be English, but I don't mind if it's Australian, British, Canadian, etc.

I hope the topics were not so serious (for instance world's economy situation) even though some basic news are okay

I'm 20-y old girl and as a non-native speaker I'm trying to improve my listening skills for studies in a fun way.
