Virtual Dj & IceCast 2

Hi Folks -

I am sure you most likely have heard this question before and that you will be sick of seeing it.

I have an Icecast 2 server - Most of my DJ's had used SAM broadcaster to present there shows however I did have one DJ who used Virtual Dj when she tried to connect to the Icecast Stream it's not allowing its it's comming up " Broadcast Error " i belive this is something to do with the mount point?

Is there anyway to fix this at all? She has moved onto SAM broadcaster at moment however she still prefers Virtual Dj

Hi Callum

With Icecast servers the username should be left blank.

We also recommend that you check the Virtual DJ website for further instructions as they have quite a good forum / wiki.

When we say left blank, we mean as in no username at all, no text is required to be inputted
