I've been a DJ operating my own stream, broadcasting into virtual worlds on the internet for 9 years. I had also working part time at a local AM radio station for a couple of years. Professionally I was and Audio Visual Engineer for 15 years prior to be laid off for economic reasons with the company.
I am very interested in becoming more involved with internet radio broadcasting and would be very excited to have a chance to broadcast to a larger audience, most times I have anywhere from 15 to 60 tuned in depending on the day and venue. At the present I do about 6 live shows a week, country venue on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Classic rock venues on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I take requests live from the virtual club patrons and they all seem to enjoy my shows.
If anyone would be interested in a DJ and would like to listen in to sort of audition me I can provide the times and the URL to listen to me live.
