What is the best server option for excellant music/audio playback?

If I have a server option for 100 people only and 101 log on will the server crash?

What do you mean by "best option fo excellant music/audio playback" ?

Server Type ? Bitrate ?

If you have 100 listener capacity and its full the server wont crash it will just deny the 101st listener access to the stream.
