Cannot access MP3tunes

Using Grace SOLO Internet Radio
VISTA OP
Radio denies me access to MP3tunes with code 1006. I have no problems with uploads or playing all my uploads online. MP3tunes support is by email every 2-3 days, no phone support. Can anyone diagnose or suggest? Many thanks.

We are afraid we are unable to assist you with this. There is no way we could know why your portable radio device doesn't play certain stations.

How to get your radio working with MP3tunes

The 1006 error is almost ALWAYS wrong username or password. Be extra extra sure that your username (which is your email address) and password are precisely keyed in.
