Correct song title character encoding for stream?

I'm trying to find out why/how the characters for track titles do not appear correctly on Radium (www.getradium.com). The .pls file is encoded in UTF-8 (which should eliminate the strange characters), but somehow the song titles are getting wrangled.

I haven't tested or seen this on other streaming services or sites - if you have another software/service and can try it, I'd appreciate the feedback.

How can I fix this problem?

It's not on our website - it's on Radium....

Sorry! The correct website for the software is:
Radium. Your New Internet Radio Player.

You'll need to install Radium on a Mac, then seach & add "Hot Milk Radio" as a radio station (stream). Once you do that, you'll see the current song title in the menu bar - and the encoding errors.

Thanks,
John

We are a little confused. Can you send us a link to your server status page. Also have you spoke with radium about the issue ?

Radium

Where is the server status page? Or how do I create one?

I already spoke to Radium first, but the encoding is coming from the origin (not them). The .pls file that I downloaded is in UTF-8 format, but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Did you install/test/see the incorrect/ugly Spanish-language characters?
