deejaygus can't log in

i was referred to the site by deejaygus, he now cant log in. so im posting this in his behalf.
his username.password and email are not recognised and when he tried to access it via a bookmarked page it said error 404
anyone help?

I understand your frustrations - the support guys will be busy checking this out. I notice you said password and email were not recognised - your login to the control panel (if that's what you're trying to access) isn't your email address, but whatever user name you chose when you signed up (could be your station name or something else)
