Ffmp3, butt and icecast not working well

i am running icecast and butt and i use ffmp3 player to broadcast it on my website its only streaming on my pc but does not work in other pc.

What could be the problem? Thanks

Please could you clarify some more. Are you unable to connect to the server with Butt?
