Help Please

We uploaded an additional 190 songs into our Auto DJ usage 2 days ago, the the songs have uploaded but the Auto DJ usage bar is not showing the increased capacity and once again our bandwidth looks like it's not going down either.

Any explanation?

Hi there,

We can see you have several files with differing bitrates so this maybe your problem here. You have files that are 320kb and 128kb.. These all need to be the same bitrate as the one you have subscribed too. In this case yours is 128kb.

We suggest re-encoding your files and uploading them again. :)
